Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Emre Zirih ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Blopple mobil oyununu ("Oyun") kullanımınızı düzenler. Oyunu indirerek veya oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Oyunu App Store veya Google Play'den edindiğiniz için ilgili mağazanın kullanım şartları da geçerlidir.

1. Kullanım izni

Size Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan, sınırlı bir izin veriyoruz. Oyunun ve içeriğinin (tasarım, kod, görseller, müzik, sesler) tüm hakları bize aittir.

2. Taç ve sanal ürünler

"Taç" yalnızca Oyun içinde skin ve tepsi gibi görsel öğeleri açmak için kullanılan sanal bir birimdir. Gerçek parayla değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez, başka bir kişiye veya hesaba aktarılamaz. Taç ve açılan öğeler oyun kurallarını ve puanı etkilemez. Sanal ürünlerin fiyatlarını, miktarlarını ve kazanma yollarını önceden bildirmeksizin değiştirebiliriz; satın aldığınız ürünler hesabınıza teslim edildikten sonra korunur.

3. Satın almalar ve iadeler

Ödemeler Apple veya Google tarafından alınır ve işlenir. Taç paketleri teslim edildiğinde tüketilmiş sayılır. İade talepleri, yürürlükteki tüketici hakları saklı kalmak kaydıyla, ilgili mağazanın iade süreci üzerinden yapılır: Apple · Google Play. "Reklamsız" satın alımı aynı mağaza hesabıyla Oyun içinden geri yüklenebilir.

4. Reklamlar

Oyun, üçüncü taraf reklamları (Google AdMob) içerir. Ödüllü reklamları izlemek isteğe bağlıdır. Reklamverenlerin ürün ve hizmetlerinden biz sorumlu değiliz.

5. Yasak davranışlar

Oyunu hileli yollarla (ör. değiştirilmiş istemci, otomasyon, açıkları kötüye kullanma) oynamak, sıralamaları manipüle etmek, Oyunu tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutmak, kopyalamak, dağıtmak veya yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak yasaktır. Bu durumlarda sıralama kayıtlarını silebilir ve erişimi kısıtlayabiliriz.

6. Hizmetin sunumu

Oyunu "olduğu gibi" sunuyoruz. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Oyunu güncelleyebilir, özelliklerini değiştirebilir veya yayından kaldırabiliriz. Sıralamalar ve giriş, Apple Game Center ve Google Play Games hizmetlerine bağlıdır.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, kanunla sınırlanamayan sorumlulukları ve tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu hakları etkilemez.

Verilerin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

9. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel hâli bu sayfada yayımlanır. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; bulunduğunuz ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan zorunlu hükümleri saklıdır.

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Blopple mobile game (the "Game") developed by Emre Zirih ("we"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms. Because you obtain the Game from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. All rights in the Game and its content (design, code, artwork, music, sounds) belong to us.

2. Crowns and virtual items

"Crowns" are a virtual unit used only inside the Game to unlock cosmetic items such as skins and trays. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another person or account. Crowns and unlocked items do not affect gameplay rules or scoring. We may change prices, amounts and ways of earning virtual items without prior notice; items you have purchased are kept once delivered.

3. Purchases and refunds

Payments are collected and processed by Apple or Google. Crown packs are considered consumed once delivered. Subject to your statutory consumer rights, refund requests are handled through the respective store's refund process: Apple · Google Play. The "No Ads" purchase can be restored in the Game with the same store account.

4. Ads

The Game contains third-party ads (Google AdMob). Watching rewarded ads is optional. We are not responsible for advertisers' products or services.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not play the Game by unfair means (e.g. modified clients, automation, exploiting bugs), manipulate leaderboards, reverse-engineer, copy or distribute the Game, or use it for unlawful purposes. In such cases we may remove leaderboard entries and restrict access.

6. Availability

The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update the Game, change features or discontinue it. Leaderboards and sign-in depend on Apple Game Center and Google Play Games.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Game. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8. Privacy

How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
